When one looks at Ken’s 30 plus years of production, it is clear that he never allows his work to stagnate. Ken has always been pushing his art and his technique to new heights. Whether it be his use of the orb and other sculptural forms, or adopting and reinventing techniques for use in paperweights, he has always been one of the main innovators in the art of the modern paperweight in both form and technique. He is considered by most to be a master in the art of the paperweight.

This is a particularly good example featuring three colorful fish and Coral, and Seagrass over a transparent blue backdrop. Each fish is composed of countless individually placed scales making for an animal which is both beautiful and naturalistic.
