In the mid to late 1980s two of the most  influential studio glass artists teamed up create a series of ground breaking works the Noble Effort series. This is not your typical paperweight (in fact some may argue that it isn’t even a paperweight). This is fully sealed hollow blown form features textures stone surface with moderate iridescence decorated with numerous murrine including stars, swirls, and several animals.
